Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (Property Management) at Concert Properties in Toronto, ON. Full-time live-in role supporting residential property maintenance and operations, including mechanical/electrical inspections, exterior grounds upkeep, turnover preparation of suites, maintenance record-keeping, monitoring building automation and access systems, coordinating preventative maintenance with contractors, and performing hands-on repairs in common areas and tenant spaces. Requires ability to physically perform duties, multi-task, and maintain high customer service standards; valid driver’s license and knowledge of relevant codes (Residential Tenancy Act, Building Code, Fire Code, Occupational Health and Safety) are preferred along with BAS/Digital Controls certifications or enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid G Driver's License
- Certification or enrollment in BES 1 & 2 or BOMI certifications (preferred)
- English language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
