• •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• •Ability to travel between properties

• •Ability to coordinate walkthroughs
• •Ability to coordinate move-ins
• •Ability to coordinate move-outs

• •Ability to coordinate repair access with customers and vendors
• •Ability to monitor and document vendor work
• •Ability to escalate unusual occurrences, damage, or incomplete work to the Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager
• •Ability to evaluate service needs
• •Ability to recommend practical solutions
• •Ability to document issues and support timely corrective action
• •Ability to coordinate general property maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and corrective actions, with customers, vendors, and Real Estate and Customer Experience Managers
• •Ability to conduct property inspections covering grounds, curb appeal, cleanliness, landscaping, safety requirements, and overall condition
• •Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
• •Ability to partner with the Customer Experience Team to identify opportunities to serve customers through Prologis value-added products and services

Desired Qualifications

• •High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• •Maintenance experience in commercial real estate
