Job Summary
Assist in providing a safe, beautiful, and peaceful environment by performing carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, and gardening. Execute onsite light duty construction and maintenance tasks while adhering to company policy, State and Joint Commission regulations, local building codes, and OSHA standards. May be required to perform housekeeping, grounds, and security duties as needed. Must hold a valid driver's license and possess CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry
- Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations
- Able to read an interpret safety rules, manuals, maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions
- Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings, structures, cabinetry and other plan operation systems
- Must submit to and pass a substance abuse screen following an offer of employment and prior to reporting to work
- Must be able to perform housekeeping, grounds and security duties as needed
Desired Qualifications
