Job Summary
Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior, and common areas in accordance with company standards while completing assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members. Perform other job duties as required and work on-call and weekends as needed. This role requires 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, including HVAC systems knowledge and EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of multi family maintenance experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
