Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, including snow removal during winter months. Starting $19/hr+ depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
