Job Summary
Experienced hands-on maintenance professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair hot-side and cold-side equipment across multiple locations (Vancouver, Portland, Salem). Core platforms include commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, beverage systems, ovens and toasters; duties include preventive maintenance, emergency response, electrical/plumbing basics, minor carpentry, parts sourcing, and cost-benefit decision-making. 3+ years in restaurant, hospitality, or commercial kitchen maintenance; strong ability to read schematics and service manuals; HVAC experience a plus; valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
