Job Summary
Prepare apartments for new residents and complete work orders efficiently while maintaining accurate records of materials used. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, manage trash compactors and swimming pools, and troubleshoot repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, roofing, and flooring. Perform daily trash pickup, grounds upkeep, and irrigation checks, plus maintain exterior curb appeal. Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation and gain hands-on experience in various trades under property management supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Your own set of tools
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 months of related experience (preferred but not required)
- Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO (preferred but not required)
