Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at PMG: responsible for preparing apartments for new residents, completing work orders efficiently, maintaining exterior areas, performing routine and preventive maintenance, trash/grounds upkeep, and seasonal pool care. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, basic electrical, appliances, carpentry & drywall, roofing & flooring, irrigation systems; maintaining records of work and materials; participating in on-call maintenance rotations. The role supports ongoing training and certification, with a sign-on bonus and company-backed benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, own tools, and a valid driver’s license; HVAC/CFC/CPO certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications

- 1–3 months of related experience (preferred but not required)
