Job Summary
Conduct daily repairs and maintenance for the apartment community, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, grounds, and structural elements. Perform apartment refurbishment and manage all systems to ensure optimal resident experience and property performance. Maintain high accountability and ownership while delivering excellent internal and external customer service. Requires availability for 24-hour on-call maintenance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ownership of a smartphone.
