Maintenance Technician- Plastics

Maintenance Technician position focused on preserving and servicing production equipment and building systems in a plastics environment. Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance activities, inspecting and repairing machinery per work orders, cleaning and lubricating equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, ensuring safety and 5S housekeeping standards, and performing assigned out-sort work or training as directed. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read equipment documentation (e.g., rev lists, PM checklists), and familiarity with TS16949 quality policies. The role involves standing, lifting, bending, and routine manual tasks on the factory floor and coordinating with a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain high equipment readiness.
