Maintenance Technician-Plastic Injection Molding

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining all production equipment, support equipment and building systems for a plastic injection molding operation. Performs preventive maintenance, lubricates and cleans machinery, troubleshoots and repairs equipment per work orders, and ensures safety and housekeeping standards are met. May be assigned additional duties such as out-sort programs or training due to upgrades. Must possess mechanical aptitude, experience in an industrial production setting, and a minimum associate degree or equivalent maintenance experience; familiarity with TS16949 quality policy and safety practices; able to work overtime as needed. Proficient with PM verification tasks and documentation for equipment such as PM checks on air compressors, robots, conveyors, dryers, thermolators, and other listed assets; capable of completing maintenance tasks per supervisor direction and maintaining factory 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of Plastic Injection Molding Maintenance experience is required
- Basic knowledge of TS16949 and the Quality Policy
- Mechanical aptitude; experience in an industrial production environment; willingness to work overtime on short notice
