Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of gym facilities and fitness equipment across multiple clubs; perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring tasks; operate power tools; respond to maintenance tickets via the Service Channel platform; travel within the assigned region; collaborate with internal teams and vendors on larger projects such as new club openings; participate in training to improve skills; ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities and equipment; physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of handy work, facilities repair, or related maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of equipment repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep. Fitness equipment experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Outlook); comfortable using preventative maintenance systems.
- Physically capable of repetitive tasks and lifting up to 100 pounds.
