Job Summary
Track work orders via CMMS for assigned club locations, communicating with regional management if SLA windows are at risk. Repair and maintain fitness equipment, tanning beds, hydro beds, AV systems, and general facilities including painting, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, and electrical. Order parts and supplies within a $250 authorization limit and perform preventive maintenance on fitness and spa equipment. Conduct routine inspections of assigned vehicles and uphold safety standards while traveling 100% across the United States for maintenance tasks and training. Assist with new club openings, remodels, and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must hold a valid state driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- An acceptable driving record
- At least 1-3 years of related work experience
- Basic understanding of painting
- Basic understanding of carpentry
- Basic understanding of flooring
- Basic understanding of ceiling
- Basic understanding of low voltage electrical
- Basic understanding of door hardware
- Basic understanding of light plumbing
- Basic understanding of AV equipment
- Basic understanding of repair and maintenance of fitness equipment
- Basic understanding of repair and maintenance of hydro-massage equipment
- Basic understanding of repair and maintenance of tanning equipment
- Must be a self-starter

- Must be willing to travel based on company needs to locations outside assigned regions
- Must be willing to take overnight trips when traveling outside of local area
- Must be willing to travel throughout the United States for specified maintenance certification training
- Must be willing to work outside of the established work schedule to include the weekends and/or overnights as needed
- Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Must be able to climb and stand on ladders approximately 8 feet in height
- Must be able to work off lifts
- Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 60 pounds by themselves
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 100 pounds with assistance
