Job Summary
Maintain and repair apartment communities through routine and preventive tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, unit turnovers, pest control, groundskeeping, and janitorial duties. Coordinate with the Community Manager to prepare vacant units for re-rent, implement preventive maintenance programs, monitor building systems for safety compliance, and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained property. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and legal work status in the U.S.; Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Successful completion of background check
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
- Experience performing general maintenance tasks at multiple locations
- Ability to work with a diverse population in a residential environment
