Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day property maintenance, completing service requests and make-ready work for vacant apartments, providing 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage, handling resident and vendor interactions, maintaining records of maintenance tasks, managing inventory of spare parts, and performing outdoor maintenance including snow removal and grounds upkeep. Requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, boiler systems, with ability to operate a plow truck and be on-call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Have general experience in Electrical
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Boiler experience (Preferred)
- Possess reliable transportation to work
- Be able to pass a drug test and background screening favorably
- Possess a driver's license
- Have basic tools needed for day to day operations
