Job Summary
Handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting issues within 24 hours when possible. Complete make-ready repairs for vacant apartments and ensure the property remains clean and presentable. Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, service requests, and work-in-progress status while monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and supplies. Operate the plow truck for snow removal and police grounds, including trash pickup, lawn maintenance, and landscaping. Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance calls and carry a cell phone as required. Possess a driver's license and reliable transportation. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, and boiler experience preferred.

- Be able to pass a drug test and background screening favorably
