Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment within a defined Zone, performing repairs, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure a safe, comfortable environment; tasks include evaluating building/utility systems, adhering to SOPs, managing tasks within budget, reducing maintenance costs, and serving as a resource to other departments within Zone while maintaining compliance with PHS and Facility Services policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience, preferably in Healthcare
