Job Summary
Schedule and respond to work orders, including follow-ups with residents and management. Ensure preventative maintenance scheduling and performance remain current. Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance throughout the community, conduct unit turnovers, and execute move-in and move-out inspections alongside quarterly inspections with Property Management. Execute plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs and troubleshooting as needed. Coordinate, schedule, and oversee vendor work with the Property Manager. Maintain on-call availability for off-shift and weekend emergency maintenance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to function in an on-call capacity
- Must have a valid Driver License
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing the above maintenance tasks in an apartment development or comparable position
- Very good use of time management skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Knowledge in REAC and other regulatory inspections
