Job Summary
Property Maintenance Technician needed on a contract basis in Peru, IN. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, drywall repair, painting, appliance installation), completing apartment turns, conducting regular property inspections, maintaining safety and building-code compliance, documenting work in the management system, and communicating status to residents and staff. Must have demonstrated maintenance or handyman experience, own tools, transportation, the ability to work independently, strong troubleshooting, and good communication skills. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and passing a background check.
