Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of all Penny Lane premises by performing routine maintenance tasks. Required skills include manual dexterity, physical stamina, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role and the ability to understand and communicate in English. Proficiency in using the internal ticketing system and accessing payroll-related activities is essential. A valid California driver’s license and immediate access to a vehicle during work hours are also required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Ability to understand, read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
- Must be able to access Payroll/HR online system and Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient with the internal ticketing system
- Valid California driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company
- Immediate access to a vehicle during work hours
