Job Summary
Conduct morning administrative tasks including online training, vendor scheduling, and parts ordering while communicating with property managers and support centers. Execute service requests and repairs promptly using the company mobile app, ensuring all work is completed correctly. Assist with turnkey operations such as scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out. Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program and prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections. Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean environment. Perform hands-on repair and maintenance work, including climbing stairs and bending, while adhering to periodic flexible hours and on-call requirements for after-hour emergencies. Obtain EPA certification within six months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience
- Valid driver's license
- Insured vehicle
- Ability to travel (between properties)
