Job Summary
Conduct morning administrative tasks including online training, vendor scheduling, and parts ordering while communicating with Property Managers and the Support Center. Perform hands-on repair and maintenance work for assigned apartment buildings using the mobile Maintenance app, ensuring all service requests are completed promptly. Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program and assist with turnkey operations such as scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out. Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness, preparing for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and EPA certification. On-call for after-hour emergencies with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience
- Valid driver's license
- Insured vehicle
- Ability to travel (between properties)
