Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance, deep cleaning, painting, and minor repairs for restaurant equipment, buildings, and grounds across multiple locations in Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Perform tasks including changing water filters, winterizing systems, power washing exteriors, patching walls, and basic carpentry or plumbing fixes. Coordinate daily updates with owners and management via phone and email while maintaining a clean driving record for travel between sites. Available for occasional on-call emergency repairs between 6am and 6pm. This role supports a franchise group serving numerous establishments within a 45-minute drive of Biddeford, ME.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' of maintenance experience
- Clean driving record
- driver's license
- Be available on call for emergency repairs and breakdowns (6am-6pm, and not very often)
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated history of being dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Monday-Friday position
- option for overtime
