Job Summary
Complete work orders and general maintenance for the 402-unit Pelican Cove community, including routine, preventive, and turnover tasks. Maintain property appearance by cleaning buildings and amenities, while identifying and reporting maintenance needs and liability hazards. Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by executing repairs, replacements, and make-ready directives from the manager. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and major appliances. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while working odd schedules with occasional on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA universal license for HVAC required
- Require to work odd schedules and be on call
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPO license preferred
- HVAC Certification preferred, ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school preferred
- Basic computer proficiency preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
