Job Summary
Respond to repair requests, perform routine preventive maintenance, and test, troubleshoot, and execute basic repairs to ensure operations remain safe and functional. Manage snow removal and other facility duties as needed within the Peddler's Village team. Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong plumbing expertise, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Valid driver's license and CMMS proficiency are essential. Schedule includes Tuesday-Saturday shifts from 7:30am to 4:15pm with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong plumbing experience
- Electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledge
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong guest service skills
- CMMS Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30am - 4:15pm 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds
- move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
