Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks at an apartment community, including completing service requests and repairs, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, assisting with inventory, ensuring safety and hazard communications compliance, performing pool maintenance and grounds upkeep, handling move-in/move-out support, participating in on-call rotations, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to stay within budget while delivering quality resident service and maintaining curb appeal.
