Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for a broad set of building and community upkeep tasks at an apartment community. Duties include completing service requests and repairs promptly, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory management, maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring safety and hazard communications compliance, performing pool maintenance and logs, assisting with move-in/move-out processes and maintenance-related turn events, troubleshooting HVAC/plumbing/electrical/appliance systems, maintaining records and orderly work areas, and providing strong customer service to residents and vendors. The role requires the ability to work with residents and staff, participate in on-call rotations, operate general maintenance tools and equipment, and adhere to budget guidelines and safety standards. EPA Type I and II certifications are preferred; candidates must live within 30 miles of the property and be able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
