Job Summary
Conduct routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks, carpentry, painting, grounds, and cleaning duties at apartment communities in Lakeville, MA. Maintain high cleanliness standards in common areas and exterior grounds while responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Provide on-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays. Requires a reliable vehicle and high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field with a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both written and verbal
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
- Reliable vehicle
