Job Summary
Monitor organization-wide plans to maintain Life Safety Code compliance and conduct weekly safety/security rounds. Complete scheduled and unforeseen building, grounds, and equipment maintenance tasks while operating emergency generators and performing periodic tests. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheet manuals, schedule vehicle repairs, and install appliances. Report issues to the Vo-tech director and follow written instructions using power and hand tools. Available on-call for emergency management support. Work 8am-4pm M-F.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited vocational education program
- Commensurate experience
- Must be 21
- Ged or High School Diploma
- Drug Free
