Job Summary
Complete make ready maintenance and assigned work orders to bring units to market-ready condition. Assist with building and common area maintenance while maintaining property equipment through preventative programs. Ensure all tasks comply with Peak Living standards under the direction of the Service Manager. Typical hours vary based on community needs and may include weekends and after-hour emergency services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for after hour emergency services
Desired Qualifications
- EPA and CPO certification
