Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

Conduct upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential sites. Perform tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electric, drywall, mechanical, and landscaping, with a preference for residential work. Manage work orders using applicable applications and maintain a dependable vehicle with valid insurance. Complete state and federal background checks, abuse/sex offender registry clearances, and exclusion list checks prior to employment. Pass a physical for fitness determination and provide basic hand tools, with allowances for upgrades. Work part-time Monday through Friday between 7 and 5 for 20 to 30 hours weekly.
