Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for The Barclay at Vero Beach (Independent Living) performing preventative maintenance, grounds/building upkeep, cleanliness, and preparation of property for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include following maintenance programs, documenting systems and equipment (fire sprinkler, extinguishers, nurse call, HVAC, boiler, elevator inspections), ensuring safety and appeal of building and grounds, and assisting new residents with move-in tasks. Requires a high school diploma or GED, OSHA knowledge, construction repair experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws
- Construction experience in coordinating building repairs
