Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day upkeep and repairs on downtown Charleston hotels, including the Wentworth Mansion, John Rutledge House Inn, Kings Courtyard Inn, and Fulton Lane Inn. Perform preventative maintenance, handle HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry tasks, and manage special projects as assigned. Communicate professionally with guests, co-workers, vendors, and both property-level staff and corporate senior management. Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Work 10 a.m.-6 p.m. shifts including Saturdays and on-call rotations. Parking is provided. Full-time employees receive medical, vision, and dental coverage after 60 days, while all staff earn holiday pay after 90 days and vacation/sick pay after one year.
