Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and routine maintenance on community property and equipment; manage work orders; perform cleaning, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping; inspect grounds, common areas, and buildings; identify and report repairs and safety concerns; apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting; basic tools and safety; English fluency; problem-solving; experience with simple electric maintenance a plus; pool maintenance experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required.
- Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be a proficient problem-solver.
- Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment, or the public in general.
- Experience with simple electric maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
- Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.
