Job Summary
Assist Lead Maintenance Technician in executing maintenance tasks for pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components. Clean tools and equipment, prepare rigs for daily operations, and perform routine tests and inspections. Maintain records of work orders and adhere to all safety policies and health procedures. Available for all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and emergency on-call rotations. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and SCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to write simple correspondence and follow written/oral instructions
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and assist in team-based environments
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of relevant experience and/or training
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and stairways safely
- Must be able to pass a fit-test for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Available for all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and emergency on-call rotations
Desired Qualifications
- Prior water or wastewater treatment facility experience
- Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) certification
