Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner, including plumbing fixes, faucet replacements, minor appliance troubleshooting, drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and fixture replacements. Maintain property cleanliness and condition by overseeing common areas and exterior upkeep while assisting with furniture movement. Ensure buildings remain safe and functional for residents through independent troubleshooting of minor issues. Work approximately 25 hours per week with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Eligible for a year-end bonus based on property profitability and individual performance.
