Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, and complete and document guest and associate work orders. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while maintaining, cleaning, and adjusting pool systems and chemicals. Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances. Additionally, handle seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties while operating and maintaining hand tools and power equipment. Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
