Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment complex under the Resident Manager. Performs minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; repairs structures/fixtures (showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, exteriors); prepares units for new move-ins; maintains working knowledge of HVAC systems; conducts grounds work; coordinates special projects; responds to emergency calls promptly; requires tools, ability to follow instructions, and cooperates with team; must have dependability, strong customer service, and safety awareness; driving required for property inspections; hourly position with DOE expectations.
