Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to determine repair needs, then assist with plumbing, electrical, and handyman tasks in the clubhouse. Sand, stain, and paint surfaces while cleaning floors, walls, baseboards, light fixtures, and restrooms. Gather trash, prepare chemical cleaning solutions, and maintain the storage room and maintenance office. Monitor building security, set up event decorations, and move heavy furniture. Notify managers of maintenance issues or supply needs and attend required trainings. Must have two years of maintenance experience, handyman skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' maintenance technician experience
- Must have prior handyman experience
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment/machinery
- Basic knowledge of proper chemical handling preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
