Maintenance Technician - (Palmetto, FL)

Inspect and verify the safe operation of plant equipment and tools while tracking maintenance needs and completing repairs in order of priority. Develop and conduct preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment, forklifts, saws, presses, and air compressors. Communicate with supervisors regarding downtime needs and coordinate with third-party services when required. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including PPE use and lockout-tagout practices, while maintaining maintenance records and spare parts inventory. Support equipment installations and plant improvement projects. Requires two years of experience, ability to lift 50lbs, and physical stamina for walking, standing, climbing, and kneeling.
