Job Summary
Maintain Sunbeds, sunless booths, and general store facilities across 14 Alabama locations, including repairs for plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and sheetrock. Repair general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, and perform general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting. Work with store operations staff, communicating with management and vendors while managing multiple projects independently. Travel between locations using a provided company vehicle, starting each day from the nearest store. Requires experience with maintenance, construction, and building systems including electrical, plus a good driving record. Must live in Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise, or Dothan. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

- Good driving record
- Experience with maintenance and construction
- Multi-unit experience
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel to locations as needed
