Job Summary
Maintain Sunbeds, sunless booths, and general store facilities across 14 Alabama locations, performing repairs on plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, and executing carpentry tasks like sheetrock repair and painting. Collaborate with store operations staff and vendors while managing multiple projects and working independently. Requires a good driving record, multi-unit maintenance experience, and ability to lift 50-75 pounds. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Must reside in Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise, or Dothan.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in one of the mentioned areas
- Must live within one of the service areas mentioned
- Good driving record
- Experience with maintenance and construction required
- Multi-unit experience preferred
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays- based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
