Job Summary
Maintain Sunbeds and Sunless booths while providing general maintenance to store locations across Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise, and Dothan. Repair general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, and perform general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting. Work with store operations staff, communicate with management and vendors, and manage multiple projects while working independently. Travel between locations using a provided company vehicle, starting your day from the nearest store. Must live within one of the service areas, work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs, and possess experience with maintenance, construction, and building systems including electrical.
Required Qualifications

- Good driving record
- Experience with maintenance and construction required
- Multi-unit experience preferred
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays- based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
