Job Summary
Maintain Sunbeds, sunless booths, and general store facilities across 14 Alabama locations, including minor plumbing repairs, light ballast fixes, carpentry, sheetrock repair, and painting. Repair general items and provide maintenance to store locations throughout Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise, and Dothan. Work with store operations staff, communicate with management and vendors, and manage multiple projects while working independently. Must have experience with maintenance and construction, basic electrical knowledge, and a good driving record. Travel to locations as needed using a provided company vehicle, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Good driving record
- Experience with maintenance and construction required
- Multi-unit experience preferred
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays- based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
