Job Summary
Diagnose and repair problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, masonry, painting, and waste management systems. Complete assigned service requests and perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready. Assist with organizing and prioritizing maintenance tasks, while potentially supervising associates and outside contractors. This full-time role includes a 3pm-11pm shift with one weekend day off. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and one year of property management maintenance experience. HVAC certification is desirable, and success requires frequent use of general tools, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-year experience in property management maintenance
- Able to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment
- Able to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- successfully passing a drug screen
- TB Test
- Background Check
