Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, including carpentry, HVAC, basic electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, material handling equipment, and mechanical operations. Inspect and identify equipment needing repair, then create work orders while maintaining reports on completed tasks, parts used, and work descriptions. Work independently or with team members to plan repairs using building blueprints or manuals, handling general fixes like drywall, painting, and door repairs. Promote workplace safety and perform routine maintenance on building systems. This 2nd shift position involves rotating schedules and on-call duties.
