Job Summary
Overnight Maintenance Technician responsible for repair and maintenance of production equipment, adherence to GMPs and safety protocols, and ensuring food safety and quality. Responsibilities include performing corrective and preventive maintenance, handling line changeovers, troubleshooting electrical/hydraulic/mechanical/pneumatic systems, documenting work orders and part usage, guiding communication between shifts, and assisting in training other maintenance personnel. Requires read-blueprint proficiency, ability to work with machinery manuals, and forklift certification. Works in a fast-paced production environment with emphasis on safety, quality, and downtime reduction.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Forklift certification
- Ability to read, understand, and work with machinery blueprints and parts manuals
