Job Summary
Conduct overall maintenance of the apartment complex, managing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks. Repair structures including showers, sinks, appliances, doors, walls, and building exteriors, while maintaining, repairing, and replacing HVAC systems. Make units ready for new move-ins and execute a preventative maintenance program. Perform grounds work such as sweeping, light landscaping, and emergency maintenance coverage. Coordinate special projects as directed and maintain professional relationships with residents, contractors, and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
- Maintenance Tech must have the necessary tools to effectively complete the tasks outlined above.
- One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
