Maintenance Technician - Oswego Place by Bonaventure

Repair drywall, touch up painting, and complete room turns throughout the community and resident suites. Troubleshoot and fix maintenance needs for residents while coordinating with vendors to ensure repairs are completed right the first time. Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, vendors, and outside providers. Requires experience with drywall repair, painting, and general maintenance, plus CPR certification (preferred). Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
