Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance, plumbing repairs, and HVAC troubleshooting on multi-family properties. Perform drywall installation, lighting fixture work, and appliance repairs while processing work orders and coordinating with residents or vendors to resolve requests within 24 hours. Ensure vacant units are made ready within seven days and complete unit turns efficiently to target one-visit completion. Update work orders in PM software and communicate repair timelines to residents. Maintain clean, debris-free properties and leave occupied units cleaner than found. Requires HVAC experience, valid driver's license, and at least one year of preferred multi-family property management experience.
